I purchased a commercial license, got a email confirmation but no other information. Could someone explain how this commercial license is activated and sent to me?

According to our records you placed an order for the Unlocked Dashboard Spreadsheet at 16:09 EST which is is 01:09 in Europe and we were probably all asleep!
As we explain on our purchase page
http://www.exceldashboardwidgets.com/phpBB3/download-free-dashboard.php under "payment processing" we process payments manually and all orders can take up to 12 hours because of time zone differences.
