Help- Need Commercial Access on Support Forums

I have purchased a commercial license, and have been emailed my unlocked document. However, on the support forums I do not have commercial license access and as such cannot download other unlocked documents. Can you grant me access?

We've just added your login name to the Commercial License Holder's Group.
If you go the Board Index now you should see the Commercial License Holder's Download Area at the bottom of the page.
