Activation Code

Apologies if this isn't the correct forum, but can't see anything else.
I just dived in, and don't understand. Have received an activation code, but can't see it now - where is it?
When I do find it, where is it supposed to go?

The activation code will appear in red.

I find this site very frustrating to navigate. I finally found my activation code, but don't know what to do with it. Of course, it does not work on the spreadsheet to unlock the spreadsheet. Please help! I'm about ready to give up on your site and product.

I have the same problem. I found the activation code, but if I enter it in excel I got the message:
Password is unknown...
Can you please help me?
