[Widget] Modified Traffic Light Widget

Here's the file for a little modification we made to the standard Traffic Light widget so that cut-off values could be set for each individual traffic light (and hence each metric that is tracked).
This version is locked but commercial license holders can download the unlocked version in the commercial license holder's download area here http://www.exceldashboardwidgets.com/ph ... ?f=25&t=95.
